Hub · Eating
Eat as you are.
When you search for "eating with diabetes", "gluten-free diet" or "everyday halal cooking", you land on generic articles, written by people who aren't concerned. Lists of forbidden foods, a guilt-tripping tone, boring recipes. We can do better.
This hub covers the 8 most common cases in Europe: T2 diabetes, cholesterol/blood pressure, reflux/FODMAP, major allergies, gluten-free, lactose-free, chosen diets (veg, vegan, pesco), cultural diets (halal, kosher).
For each case: the short definition, what you can eat without drama, what you avoid (and why), how the app adapts, and an FAQ that answers the questions people actually ask us. If you have no particular constraint, read this anyway: it's about composing a menu without getting bored, and that's useful to everyone.
